We are currently accepting payments in our online shop via credit/debit card only. If you'd like to pay via PayPal or bank transaction, please email shop@p-oo-l.com.
SHIPPING
Please proceed to the checkout to calculate the shipping price. Delivery times vary from 3-10 business days based on location. If your country is not available at checkout, please order via email: shop@p-oo-l.com. If you need it by a specific date or want your order to be trackable, please email us as well before placing your order.
RETURNS
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order within 7 days after your package has arrived, please contact us at shop@p-oo-l.com.
DUTIES/TAXES
International packages may incur taxes/duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees before placing an order. POOL publishing is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms. Our prices do not include VAT as we're a non-profit association.
